Terms and Condition for Bookings

For all in-clinic sessions, a non-refundable deposit will be taken upon booking. You will be able to reschedule your booking up until 72 hours before your appointment but you will need to re-book for a new appointment date that is within 30 days of your original appointment.

It you are more than 10 minutes late for an analysis or treatment then I will not be able to accommodate your session and you will need to rebook and will lose your deposit or forfeit the cost of your prepaid session.

Late treatment cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a £75 cancellation fee.

No shows will incur the full cost of the appointment.

All prepaid treatments and packages booked in advance are non refundable but can be rescheduled to other available dates with 72 hours notice.
